Laurel Creek is fortunate to be located within an excellent school
district for elementary, middle and high schools. In addition there
are a number of choices available for those seeking a private
education setting. York County continues to strive to offer the best
in educational opportunities to its residents. Winthrop University
and York Technical College also offer choices for higher learning in
Rock Hill. With a number of educational programs offered in
Charlotte as well, there are educational options to meet every
residents needs.
Twenty schools are included in district
three of the Rock Hill school system. All schools are air
conditioned, and almost 75 million dollars have been spent on
renovations and upgrades since 1984.
