Warrington Place is a gated and fenced community of brick

Architectural guidelines and deed restrictions have been established by the development team to ensure that your investment is protected and will continue to grow in the years to come. We will be happy to introduce you to Laurel Creek's team of builders or if you have a preferred builder located elsewhere, we are willing to consider them for approval. We can also give you suggestions and guidance on home plans for Colonial, Georgian, English Country, Tudor and French Country styles. Although no specific type of architecture is required, the Architectural Review Board will approve your home plans for acceptability, adherence to covenants, and again, to protect your investment.
